How Referrals Work
- Share your referral link — Find your unique referral link in the Earnings page
- They sign up — Your referral creates an account using your link
- They complete onboarding — They finish setting up their profile and credentials
- They complete a task — Once they submit their first approved task, you earn your bonus
Referral Eligibility
To earn a referral bonus:
- The referred person must be new to Rubric AI (no existing account)
- They must use your unique referral link when signing up
- They must complete at least one approved task within 90 days of signing up
- You must be an active contractor in good standing
Who to Refer
We’re looking for healthcare professionals with expertise in:
- Clinical medicine (physicians, nurses, pharmacists)
- Medical specialties (radiology, pathology, oncology, etc.)
- Healthcare administration
- Medical writing and documentation
- Health informatics
Quality matters more than quantity. Refer colleagues you know personally and can vouch for professionally.
Tracking Referrals
View the status of all your referrals on the Earnings page:
- Pending — Signed up but hasn’t completed a task yet
- Completed — Task completed, bonus will be paid in next payout cycle
- Expired — Did not complete a task within 90 days
Referral Bonus
Referral bonus amounts vary by role and project needs. Current bonus amounts are displayed on your referral page. Bonuses are paid in your next regular payout cycle after the referral qualifies.
