Setting Up Payments

Open Payment Settings

Navigate to Profile → Payment Settings.

Start the onboarding flow

Click Setup Payments and complete the onboarding flow.

Enter your details

Provide your legal name, country of residence, and banking details.

Verify your email

Confirm your email address when prompted to complete setup.
Your legal name must match across your Rubric AI profile, payment platform, and bank account to avoid processing delays.

Payout Schedule

Payouts are processed on a bi-weekly cadence. After a task is marked as completed and approved:
  • First payout may have a 7-day hold for verification
  • Subsequent payouts are processed within 3–5 business days
  • You can track all earnings and payout status on the Earnings page

Tax Documentation

Depending on your country of residence, you may need to complete tax documentation:

These forms will be presented during the payment setup process. Ensure all information matches your legal documents exactly.

Troubleshooting

Check that your payment details are correct and that your bank account can receive international transfers if you’re outside the US. Contact support with your payout date and amount.
Your legal name must match exactly across your profile, payment platform, and bank account. Update any mismatches and contact support if the issue persists.
