AI & LLM Usage Policy

When completing evaluation tasks, your assessments must reflect your own professional judgment.
Violations of AI usage, confidentiality, or time tracking policies may result in immediate removal from the platform and forfeiture of pending payouts.

What’s Not Allowed

No AI-Generated Responses

Do not use LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to generate your evaluation responses or scores.

No External AI Tools

Do not copy-paste task content into external AI tools.

What’s Allowed

  • Using reference materials, medical databases, and professional guidelines to inform your evaluation
  • Looking up clinical information in trusted sources
  • Using calculators or conversion tools
Automated or AI-generated submissions will be flagged and may result in removal from the platform.

Time Tracking & Pay

Accurate time tracking is essential for hourly projects:
  • Only log hours for active, focused work on assigned tasks
  • Do not log time for breaks, setup, or idle periods
  • Review and confirm your daily time logs for accuracy
  • Discrepancies in time tracking may be audited and adjusted

Data & Privacy

Rubric AI processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Evaluation data may contain protected health information (PHI) — handle it with the same care required under HIPAA and equivalent regulations. Never:
  • Store PHI on personal devices
  • Share PHI outside the evaluation platform
  • Access PHI for purposes other than assigned tasks

Earnings & Disputes

Compensation is based on completed and approved tasks. If you believe a task was incorrectly rejected or a payout is missing:
  1. Gather your task ID and relevant details
  2. Contact support at [email protected]
  3. Disputes are typically resolved within 5 business days
